White Doilies

As you may notice I do not make white doilies too often.
I only make them as gifts for my friends or special orders.

Pamela is my friend who loves white doilies. Recently I made the Doll's Tea Time doily for her. The doily is white and measure 12.5" in diameter.

I met Jane during my trip to the Caribbeans. She saw me crocheting with thread and asked if I could make a larger white doily for her. And here it is - the Sunburst doily it white. It measures 16.5" in diameter.

... To The Front Page On Etsy!

I was thrilled when I found my item featured on the front page of Etsy!
It was the first time it happened to me!
I just have to share this with you. :)
Here is a screen photo of that page. The treasury's theme was "Inspired by St. Patrick's Day".

The lucky item that made it to the front page on Etsy is: 4-leaf Lucky Clover - Thread Crochet Coasters Doilies, Set of 2.

I found the pattern for the coaster in a book. I added the green border and tiny crocheted clovers.

I made two more things related to St. Patrick's Day:

- Irish Shamrock pin. It is crocheted with cotton threads size 10 and 3.

- 4 Irish Shamrocks - Thread Crochet Coasters

Placemats for Tom

Tom is my son.
He's just moved in to his new apartment.
He had his Birthday a couple of days ago.
I made the 2 sets of placemats and coasters for him.
To make these I used Aunt Lydia's Quick Crochet yarn, juniper in color with milk accents.
