White Doilies

As you may notice I do not make white doilies too often.
I only make them as gifts for my friends or special orders.

Pamela is my friend who loves white doilies. Recently I made the Doll's Tea Time doily for her. The doily is white and measure 12.5" in diameter.

I met Jane during my trip to the Caribbeans. She saw me crocheting with thread and asked if I could make a larger white doily for her. And here it is - the Sunburst doily it white. It measures 16.5" in diameter.

As a proud member of the Thread Artists of Etsy Team I encourage you to visit our blog at http://etsythreadartists.blogspot.com to see the Team's activities and wonderful creations made by the members.
We have updated Flowers and Botanicals Gift Guide for Spring!

I love your doilies! Seems everyone I sell to wants something colorful but I love the pure white. Could you tell me where you got the Doll's Teatime pattern? Thanks!

Thank you, Pamela!
I'll find the book with the pattern and let you know. I hope - soon.:)
A couple years ago I made this doily in black with orange accents.
I often change colors of original patterns.

You can find the Doll's Tea Time doily pattern in two publications. Both by American School of Needlework and by Rita Weiss.
1. Easy Doilies to crochet
2. Complete Guide to Thread Crochet (in this book the doily is called Lacy Bouquet Doily).
